Aleksander Reitsakas participated in X-Road architecture visualisation seminars and was the first project manager of X-Road project in the consortium, which realized the X-Road idea. At the time, the core specialists who later founded Aktors, worked in company named Assert.

Aleksander Reitsakas is a member of GovStack project Information Mediator Building Block working group. The founding partners that started the collaboration in 2020 are ITU, Estonia, GIZ, and the Digital Impact Alliance.

We are capable of leading and executing turn-key projects through the entire software lifespan.

Our major achievements are card payments interface systems, various banking and financial applications, X-Road (Estonian state information exchange system), hospitals information systems and Azerbaijan e-governance system.

Our main customers are both in private and public sector, from government agencies to commercial banks and system integrators. Some notable examples include SEB Group, EVRY (Norway), Danske Bank Estonia, Estonian National Central Bank, Nets Estonia, Estonian eHealth Foundation, Estonian Information System’s Authority, Tieto Finland, Ministry of ICT of Azerbaijan.

We are members of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Estonian ICT Cluster, FinanceEstonia, Tehnopol Tallinn Science Park, Estonian Defence Industry Association. Many our employees are members of the voluntary Estonian Defence League.
