Fast Counter is a branch delivery solution for fast deployment of a teller and customer service application for attended services. The solution includes branch management, branch procedures and control functions, administrative support functions and a range of business processes for servicing customers. The solution is designed for tailoring to specific requirements and also includes a development environment for customisation, integration and implementation of the branch solution in the current existing core infrastructure.
It is based on Microsoft’s .NET framework and development environment and allows financial institutions to integrate scalable thin-client branch services based on web architecture.
